Laurel will work with you to tailor a sequence specific to your needs, whether it be to align yourself optimally in specific poses, to work on learning how to practice safely to prevent injury or toward poses that elude you. She is known as a teachers teacher, is a great listener and loves to see people progress off their mat in real life as they learn to align themselves on their mat in the studio.</p>
