The St. Regis Bar is the oceanfront cocktail bar of The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, pouring champagnes, select vintages and handcrafted cocktails. Every night at 6 PM a champagne bottle is opened by saber, and live musicians play Thursday to Saturday from 7 PM. It also mixes the Bloody Mary, first perfected at The St. Regis New York in 1934, and its own Bal Harbour Bloody Sunrise.
