About The Gourmandise School
The Gourmandise School is a hands-on cooking and baking school inside Santa Monica Place. Classes typically run about three hours and cover technique, baking and pastry, chocolate and global cuisines, with date-night, parent-and-child and multi-week series classes. It also hosts private events and rents its kitchen for filming.
