QA private charter · 4 hoursNothing is held or charged until it's accepted.

Pay it yourself or split it with friends. A split is booked only once every share is paid.
If a split doesn't fill by its deadline, it's off: card holds are released and any share already charged is given back in full, service fee included.
SplitClub's service fee (3.9% + $0.30 a payment) is shown as its own line before you pay.
A request books nothing until it's accepted. If it's declined, any card hold is released and anything charged comes back in full.
Claimed by owner means the business's owner verified their ID with Stripe.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never reach SplitClub.
Money that comes back to you lands in your SplitClub balance, to use on your next booking or cash out.
