Prime 54 is the steakhouse at Fontainebleau, just off the grand Chateau lobby. Aged à la carte cuts come off the wood-fired grill, from Pat La Frieda prime Black Angus dry-aged 30 to 45 days to American wagyu, with fresh seafood, homemade pasta and a long wine list. Early evenings, happy hour brings bites, wine, beer and martini flights.
