Prime 54 is the Fontainebleau's modern steakhouse, set off the historic Chateau Lobby in a two-story room anchored by a glass-enclosed wine tower. Aged cuts come off the wood-fired grill with fresh seafood, homemade pasta, signature sides and a deep wine list. Upstairs, the lounge seats 70 for bites, wine and martini flights.
