PilatesWorks LIC formerly the Workout Factory Pilates Studio offers dynamic style of Pilates reformer, jumpboard, tower, circuit, and chair classes. Semi privates, duets, and private sessions are available on request. Our comprehensively certified Pilates teachers emphasize flow and correct technique while providing clients with a full body workout. Clients should expect to work hard, build strength, and sweat.
