Pao is Paul Qui's modern Asian restaurant at Faena Hotel Miami Beach, weaving Filipino, Spanish, Japanese and French flavors into dishes finished with charcoal and smoke. Dinner happens inside a radiant golden dome, with warm light, sculptural design and the golden unicorn. Qui was born in Manila and trained in classic French and Japanese cooking.
