Founded by Spencer Hoopes and now led by proprietor Lindsay Hoopes, the estate produces critically acclaimed Cabernet Sauvignon and other varietals from estate-grown fruit. Hoopes is committed to regenerative agriculture, biodiversity, and operates an on-site rescue animal sanctuary.
