- You pay in the app. Pay it yourself or split it.
About Formula Wellness
Formula Wellness is the only place where your hormone levels, nutrient status, and metabolic health inform your aesthetic care, and vice versa. When your internal health is optimized, your aesthetic results go further, last longer, and look more natural than anything a standalone med spa can deliver.

How SplitClub works
- This page hasn't been claimed yet. SplitClub put it together from public information, so check the details with the business.
- A request books nothing until it's accepted. If it's declined, any card hold is released and anything charged comes back in full.
- The blue check means SplitClub checked the business from public sources. Once the owner claims the page and verifies their ID with Stripe, it says Claimed by owner.
