Andover Vows consists of two Andover-based Justices of the Peace: Michael Capozzi and Greg Landry. Our office is located in the Bridal Center at 1 Main Street (#306) in Andover, MA. Both Justices are commissioned and authorized by the State of Massachusetts as wedding officiants who can perform weddings anywhere in the Commonwealth. We also perform wedding ceremonies in Southern NH, by special permit.
