About Vida
Vida is the all-American brasserie at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, with a lively exhibition kitchen and a contemporary American menu. Mornings start with a big breakfast buffet of made-to-order omelets, pastries, St. James smoked salmon, waffles and pancakes. Lunch and dinner bring salads, classic sandwiches, Rigatoni Carbonara, Queso Birria Tacos and Pollo a la Brasa.
