About The Sandbox
The Sandbox is the poolside restaurant on the third floor of 1 Hotel South Beach, beside the 30,000-square-foot Center Pool with open views of the Atlantic. The kitchen cooks American coastal food from local produce: ceviche, salads, fish tacos, a Florida shrimp roll and healthy bowls. Around it, the Center Pool has cabanas, daybeds and a pool-sized hot tub.
