About Séptimo
Séptimo is the cocktail bar on the seventh floor of Four Seasons Hotel Miami at 1435 Brickell Avenue, open since April 2026. Beverage director Jacopo Rosito mixes Golden Age classics and new drinks at a central bar lined with silver, under velvet drapes and portraits of Marilyn Monroe and Clint Eastwood. Executive Chef Edouard Deplus runs the kitchen, and live sets and DJs play Wednesday to Saturday.
