About Rum Bar
Rum Bar sits in the lobby of The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne on Grand Bay Drive, a modern room with a relaxed, coastal feel. The cocktails lean Caribbean and use local ingredients, with small plates, sandwiches and simple grilled mains alongside. There's live music Thursday through Saturday nights, and the dress code is smart casual.
