About Quinto
Quinto is the wood-fire restaurant on the fifth floor of EAST Miami in Brickell, with rooms inside and a lush terrace that looks out over the skyline. The kitchen cooks bold South American food over open fire: prime cuts with homemade chimichurri, grilled fish and milanesas. Sundays bring Brunch de Barrio, a take on South American street food.
