About NUNA
NUNA is Chef Jaime Pesaque's Nikkei restaurant on the rooftop of Four Seasons Hotel Miami, cooking the bold, bright flavors of Peru with Japanese technique against the Brickell skyline. Chef Nazaev Esparza leads the kitchen: ceviches, sushi, signature plates and pisco sours. At the Tasting Counter you sit by the kitchen for dishes that aren't on the main menu.
