About Jaya
Jaya is the restaurant at The Setai on Collins Avenue, built as a celebration of regional specialties from across South Asia. Dishes come from the tandoor oven and the wok, Jaya's Peking duck is the signature, and there's live entertainment every night. Weekend brunch adds a caviar station, a seafood tower and free-flowing Louis Roederer Champagne.
