About AVIV
AVIV is chef Michael Solomonov and Steve Cook's Israeli restaurant on the ground floor of 1 Hotel South Beach. The menu is modern Israeli with Mediterranean influences: hummus with house-made saluf bread, salatim, mezze and plates cooked over the fire. Sit in the sunroom, out on the leafy patio or at the stone bar.
