About Area 31
Area 31 is the seafood restaurant on the 16th floor of Kimpton EPIC Hotel, above Biscayne Bay, the Miami River, Brickell and the downtown skyline. Named after a sustainable fishing region, its menu leans on Florida produce and Mediterranean cooking under Executive Chef Alvaro Rayón de Jaime. Come for breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch or dinner, or for spritzes on the rooftop at sunset.
